Why not us? Wouldn’t it be more convenient if your primary provider could offer more than just primary care services? Jefferson Medical & Wellness Clinic was created just for that purpose.
Unfortunately, for the northside of Lafayette, there is no medical clinic (to our knowledge) that provides such a thing.
Here we are able to provide outpatient services such as weight loss management, IV infusion, minor urgent care services (cold/flu, minor cuts/bruises, etc), occupational services, DOT services and the list goes on. The provider at our clinic prevised a plan to service her patients all at one place. Why drive all over town and pay higher expenses to be treated? Why not get the care you deserve and more?
It is very important to seek medical attention when you feel ill or have an injury.Sometimes it may be difficult to determine which is betterfor you at that moment of your non-life-threatening situation: urgent care, emergency room, or your primary provider. Fortunately, we can act as a bridge for minor urgent care services and minor emergency services. Some examples of urgent care treatments for cold/flu, minor cuts, minor aches and pains. We also gladly accept walk-ins (when available)
We accept both commercial and medicaid insurances! Call us to find out if we are in network with your plan.
Our IV infusion service is not covered by insurance. However we have a variety of Infusions and boosters available for everyone’s budget!
