A primary care provider/practice serves as the patient’s entry point into their healthcare. The care we provide for our patients is dependent upon each patient’s individual needs. Jefferson Street Clinic offers basic care for all ages, wellnesses/annual visits, immunizations (flu, pneumococcal, COVID), and treating acute illness (flu/cold, burns/bruises, boils, allergies, etc). We also treat chronic illnesses like Hypertension, Diabetes, Asthma, Arthritis, & Depression.

If the provider finds that the patient needs to be treated further, we will refer you to a specialist to continue your care.

We accept most insurance programs, as well as cash pay patients.
